Hill Ridge Farms

We went to Hill Ridge Farms the other weekend and it was so fun! Caleb loved feeding the ducks, giant catfish and these huge turtles...he kept whipping fistfuls of fish food into the water and saying "here you go fishies!"

They had a giant slide, train and hay rides, and this big room filled with dried corn. It was a very interesting day....according to my boss, this would be the 'ultimate country experience' ;P

RockBand

I get home after work yesterday and Caleb was sooo excited....he said that we were going to 'rock and roll'! "Come on Mommy! We're going to rock and roll! And we're going to Guitar Hero!" He's such a trip.

Training Wheels!

We went to Wal-Mart yesterday and Caleb decided to just jump on the bike and tried to start pedaling...we couldn't believe that he was ready for a big boy bike already! (albeit with training wheels....but still).

He's such a big boy now...

Planting

We planted a few drought tolerant bushes this past Easter weekend. Caleb loves to play in the dirt and 'help'.....suffice to say that he was pooped and took a nice long nap afterwards :)

Just a few pics of the haircut....he was crying and wouldn't go into the barber chair because he saw the kid before him scream his little head offwhen he was getting edged up....he usually doesn't cry! Once they started he just put on this mopey face...

Easter Eggs

Caleb had a blast dying Easter Eggs on the weekend. I had never done this before!

Oh My

Caleb (ever since the potty training) has gotten this habit of grabbing himself at all times (and not just when he has to pee. Do all boys do this??!!

My Boys

We went out for sushi last Friday to start off my first weekend off since December...Caleb loved eating out and had a ball playing with all the little soy sauce dishes and actually ate (and liked) the miso soup!
