Below would be the before picture....before we went to get all of Caleb's hair cut off. The barber shop was full and there was a collective sigh when the barber took the first cut. He now looks like a different kid....Jay didn't want to cut it. He said we did it because it was my birthday weekend and since I wanted it cut, we cut it.

Oh, I see what you mean! I can feel the collective sigh that you mentioned, but it will grow back and Caleb doesn't look like he seemed to mind it being chopped off. He's too cute either way!
